We are looking for a part-time and full-time salon receptionist. If you are curious about Japan’s hair and beauty industry and it's high standards of service, why don’t you be a part of 25’s team? **Job Requirements**:

- English is a must as we have an international customer base
- Basic computer skills as receptionists need to use the computer
- Apt in customer service - You are expected to maintain professional behavior when communicating with customers.
- Being familiar with basic customer service language would be advantageous for you to respond appropriately to inquiries.
- Willing to learn Japanese hospitality.
- Part-time must be able to commit at least 4 days per week including weekends & PH and a minimum of 8 hours per day including a 1-hour break.
- For Full-time 5 days per week including weekends & PH and a minimum of 8 hours per day including a 1-hour break.
- A minimum 6 months commitment is preferred.
- Some experience in social media management is advantageous.
- Comfortable with serving whisky.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage bookings from third-party websites to avoid double bookings.
- Handling payments.
- Assisting stylists and therapists.
- Provide administrative support (e.g. inventory checks, printing invoices, preparing monthly sheets, etc.)
- Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by managers.
- Basic Housekeeping.

**Salary**:

- Full-Time: $1800 - $2000 (5 days per week, min 9 hours including 1-hour break)
- Part-Time: $10-11/hr (min. 4 days per week, min. 9 hours including break)
