**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

Homage is looking for a Public Relations Associate / Senior Public Relations Associate strongly aligned with its mission to transform the way people access and get personal care. You will establish and build relationships both internally and externally through targeted communication strategies and amplify Homage's mission and brand in the community through creative campaigns. This role reports to the Head of Content & Communications. You will also be in charge of managing both internal and external stakeholders to reach this goal.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Create engaging communication campaigns** that generate conversation in the media and consumers
- **Build strong cross-functional relationships** to uncover story angles for Homage
- **Maintain and ensure good company reputation** across all external channels
- **Craft, edit and localise** press releases
- **Monitor the industry for news, opportunities and exposure** for Homage to leverage on
- **Work with external agencies **to monitor, edit and localise press releases and media opportunities
- **Find, secure and prepare spokespersons** for speaking opportunities
- **Build and maintain a press room **for Homage
- **Track and update **media mentions on an always-on basis

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Experience in managing lifestyle and corporate media
- A keen understanding of media and the news cycle with proven success achieving coverage
- Meticulous, organized and able to work independently with little direction
- Ability to multitask and wear many hats
- Great communication skills and a collaborative team player in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment
- Strong grasp of the current media landscape and how people engage with advertising
