We are in the market to look out for a superstar with great interpersonal skills, appreciate subculture music and theme, likewise driven and positive attittude with great confidence in dealing with people. Your role - Greeting clients as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list if necessary. - Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions - Maintain good communication and relationship with the clients - Assigning the clients to the right barbers in conjunction to making them comfortable - Engaging with clients to ensure they're happy with our service and control loyalty to the business - Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them - Answering phone calls, taking bookings, and managing walk-in clients - A knowledge of our service and packages - Providing great customer service Profile type - We are looking for pleasant and driven personality with ambition to network with clients across different cultures and background
