**SFC **also manages Design Orchard Retail Showcase (DORS) and The Cocoon Space (TCS):
**DORS**, the retail showcase located at level one of Design Orchard and situated in the centre of Orchard Road, provides a physical retail space for new and emerging designers, at the renowned shopping belt of Singapore. It has the largest collection of locally based designer brands in Singapore.
**TCS**, offers creative co-working and event space housed on level 2, 3 and rooftop open space of Design Orchard
**Career Opportunity**:
**SFC is looking for an individual who has strong appetite to learn, enjoys a collaborative work environment, love numbers, strong in analysing data and is passionate about bringing positive change with innovative ideas to support the finance department.**
**Key Role and Responsibilities**
- Review billing requests, ensure timely issue of invoices and follow up on collection
- Submit monthly sales performance reports to Brands and as a key contact person to the Brands
- Generate monthly billings, perform sales reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies
- Daily reconciliation of cash collected from retail sales
- Ensure all payments are properly supported before processing the payments
- Maintain fixed asset register and perform period fixed asset count
- Verify monthly staff claims and manage sales incentive
- Assist in monthly closing of accounts and quarterly GST submission
- Constantly look into areas that will help to improve and enhance operational efficiency;
- Coordinate with auditors on retails audit and assist in yearly external audit
- Participate in projects and ad hoc initiatives
**Prerequisites**:
- Diploma/degree in accounting or business study with 2-3 years relevant experience. Fresh graduate is welcome
- Attention to detail, diligent and possess positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A hands-on team player
- Resourceful and creative in problem solving with the can-do attitude
- Highly motivated and driven to produce results and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in a demanding and fast-paced environment, anticipate possible obstacles and deliver viable solutions in a timely manner
