**Production Planner**

**Industry: Oil & Gas**

**Location: Tuas**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, track, and report **production schedules** to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor **daily workloads**, update **Operations Manager** on in-house production hours, and provide job status reports.
- Analyze **production performance** using material and control systems.
- Coordinate with supervisors to **sequence production** and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor **quality, service, and delivery issues**, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Review customer orders/drawings, generate **job sheets**, and ensure requirements are met.
- Plan **inspection requirements** and track **productivity metrics** (efficiency, machine utilization).
- Collaborate with sales to align **production and delivery schedules**.
- Estimate job costs based on drawings and provide quotes to the internal sales team.

**Requirements**:

- **Certificate/Diploma in Precision Engineering**.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project)**.
- Strong **technical, analytical, and multitasking skills**.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a **team player** with good communication skills.
