**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Execute effective digital marketing plans, ecommerce/ online marketplaces and social media campaigns to drive brand, conversions, traffic and sales.
- Facilitate on-line orders fulfillment, which include attending to customers’ enquiry, tracking and after-sales.
- Develop graphic design & artworks for online platforms and social media.
- Website development and maintenance including content management and copy writing.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies, and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry development.
- Research digital trends and craft promotional calendars based on current marketing trends.
- Manage marketing budget, inventory level and achieve positive ROI.
- Analyze and report on performance on regular basis.
- Work with business units, partners and third parties in various stages of marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing/ Information Technology.
- 2 years relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in website development, Wordpress, Woocommerce, Shopify, HTML, HTML5, Java Script and CSS.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge in SEO and Google Ads management.
- Strong knowledge in e-commerce/ marketplaces platforms and management of social media platforms.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills to interact and influence clients, team members, and various levels of management.
- Proven ability, creativity, vision, and skills to lead e-commerce sales towards specific goals in a rapid changing environment.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills, result oriented and able to work independently.
- Detail oriented and able to multitask with effective time & project management skill to meet business goals.
- Team player and able to work under pressure in fast paced, fun start up working environment.

Salary commensurate with experience.
