**Who are we searching**:
We are seeking a detailed and goal-oriented eCommerce Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. As an eCommerce Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our online retail platforms. Your duties will encompass various aspects of e-commerce operations, including managing product listings and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to contribute to the growth and success of our online business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Account Management:

- Assist the team with coordinating and planning of promotional campaigns from ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Shopify, etc)
- Assist with creation of product listings on eCommerce platforms, including detailed descriptions, images, videos and pricing.
- Manage and maintain our online store platform, ensuring product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience across all eCommerce platforms.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback to maintain a positive brand image and ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist with social media content management of brand’s social media accounts.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, and social media promotions, to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Create & design marketing collaterals for in-store and online marketing/promotions.
- Coordinate with relevant (internal and external) parties for sponsorships and events.
- Perform any marketing related tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Data Analysis:

- Utilize e-commerce analytics tools to analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and website performance to continuously improve sales growth and campaign performance
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize product listings and marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research to identify marketing opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce, and make recommendations for improvements and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- A university degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or a related field. Applications from recent graduates are highly encouraged.
- 1 year of working experience in ecommerce or related fields is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and incorporate new technologies.
- Experience with social media marketing and eCommerce platform management is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and eCommerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc. is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
