Singapore FARRER PARK HOSPITAL PTE. LTD. Full time

To assist in smooth daily operations of the Retail Pharmacy in areas including Merchandising & Shelf Display, Daily and Month-end Opening/Closing routines, Cashiering & Cash Float Management and Buying & Procurement, and etc. In addition, he/she is expected to work closely with pharmacy technicians and pharmacists for inventory management and procurement, as well as support the pharmacy manager in related projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform Opening/Closing & cashiering duties and maintain general neatness & cleanliness of the store.
- Ensure adequate re-stocking of merchandise, check & receive goods in good condition, and related operations works.
- Assist to monitor expiry dates of products on shelves & handle defective/returns with vendors
- Provide professional and good customer service with utmost willingness to assist customers with queries.
- Interpret and prepare medications under supervision of a Pharmacist.
- To help out with clerical work and other administrative functions as assigned by Pharmacist.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum GCE “N” Level with demonstrated ability to converse & write fluently in English
- One year of experience in Retail/Sales setting
- Relevant Experience in Retail Pharmacy / Specialist Outpatient Clinic Pharmacy / Healthcare a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, meticulous, organized and able to work independently.
- Possess strong analytical capabilities and good problem solving skills.
