We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Vice President, Asia Pacific - Facilities Management Sub - Region Manager - Hybrid** (Internal Job Title: Facilities Operations Asset Manager - C13) based in Changi Business Park, Singapore. That’s why in early 2020 we began rolling out our expanded Paid Parental Leave Policy to include Citi employees around the world. - We empower our employees to manage their financial well-being and help them plan for the future. - We have a variety of programs that help employees balance their work and life, including generous paid time off packages. **In this role, you’re expected to**: - Support end to end facilities operations including design & construction project management, physical operations and maintenance of building /facilities - Manage the pipeline and pipeline meetings, productivity, reserves and budget process - Provide BAU Projects, Capita Investment project services and interacts with regional contacts - Analyze internal and industry benchmarking data - Conduct senior management monthly reporting and review sessions. - Track and report Real Estate Services (RES) productivity and reserve schedules. - Streamline current reporting to produce quicker results with the same level of accuracy. - Participate in the creation of the Citi Realty Services operating budget. - Have the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. - Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. - Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. - Have the ability to manage teams. - Act like a Risk Manager for Facilities Management (FM) Operations for Asia - Have an overall understanding of Principal Outsourcing contract for FM, its functionality in corporates. - Be good in depicting data to PowerPoint presentations and can present at various levels. - Be tech savvy, understand various building equipment installations and its functionality - Should have a clear understanding on Asset Management - Planned preventive maintenance, Reactive maintenance. - Can lead the Team of Outsourcing senior management. **Qualifications**: - 10 plus years relevant experience - Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office with an emphasis on MS Excel - Self-motivated and detail oriented - Proactive leadership and motivational skills - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Proven influencing and relationship management skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - Electrical Engineering degree is preferred.
