**Responsibilities**:
1. Create SOPs for all HR related processes

2. Create HR forms to support various HR processes (including flowchart)

3. Assist in updating employee handbook and other HR policies on periodic basis

4. Ensure data accuracy of employee records entered in HRIS (Easy Pay) and make necessary changes if required.

5. Assist in overall payroll process

6. Assist in statutory and regulatory surveys

7. Assist in period reports to various departments

8. Assist in various Bank events

9. Update all employee folders in HR shared drive as back up.

10. Update recruitment database for future reference.

11. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head (HR).

**Responsibilities**

1. Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field

2. Min 5 years’ experience in HR

3. Excellent communication skills both written and oral5 DAYS (MON TO FRI) 9AM TO 6PM
