IT Security Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain security measures to protect networks, systems, and data.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts to identify vulnerabilities and respond to threats.
- Perform regular security audits, penetration testing, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security best practices in system and software development.
- Create and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on cybersecurity awareness.
- Keep up to date with the latest security technologies and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT security or cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Proficiency with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
