**Responsibilities**:

- To be responsible for repair, troubleshoot, maintain all plant machinery as assigned so as to ensure minimum disruption to production activities.
- To carry out daily routine check of plant machinery to ensure that all apparatus and equipments are working efficiently and in good operational condition as specified.
- To attend to all job requisitions, complaints, breakdown and as well as monthly preventive maintenance schedule to the relevant department.
- Conduct precise troubleshooting of complex problems and working with relevant stakeholders to study the problems systematically and identify effective countermeasures.
- To support Superintendent in planning, managing and executing daily, ad-hoc and shut down maintenance work tasks.
- Work closely with Seniors and Superintendent to analyse data of plant’s critical equipment from predictive and preventive maintenance activities and make necessary recommendations and/or countermeasures.
- Providing efficient and prompt technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
- To attend meetings, reviews, discussions and co-ordinate with Production Supervisor in achievement of the department objective.
- Proper documentation of work processes, risk events and project completion.
- To carry out any other instructions as may be required by superior from time to time in the interest of the organisation.
