This role will also support senior management in the project management of Comcentre Redevelopment **Make An Impact By** Project Management - Manage relationship with development partner. - Monitor project progress and performance of service providers such as external asset manager and property manager. - Facilitate project committee meetings by coordinating agenda, discussion points and follow-up actions. - Ensure proper advice to senior management on development decisions. - Strategy Planning & Transaction Execution - Evaluate strategies involving the group’s property portfolio. - Engage with government authorities on asset enhancement projects. - Manage and oversee acquisition, disposal and transfer of property assets. - Monitor and analyse asset performance, including utilisation and operating costs. - Perform valuation of property assets. - Prepare reports on project and strategy updates for key stakeholders. **Skills To Succeed** - Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
