The Estimation-Commercial Manager will be responsible for producing various classes of cost estimates for rig repair and refurbishment projects. They will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that estimates are comprehensive and adhere to project requirements.

**Details/duties**:

- Attend project meetings to obtain thorough understanding of Scope of Work and cost estimate requirements.
- Write basis of estimate / supporting estimate notes / drawings detailing qualifications, assumptions & exclusions.
- Through understanding on Shipyard Structural, Piping and Electrical cost estimations.
- Support reviews and assurance of cost estimates.
- Maintain accurate records within the Estimating Register.
- Understanding of Cost and Planning Interfaces.
- Interrogate cost, planning and procurement information and reports with supporting data.
- Prepare revisions to cost estimates in a controlled manner.
- Undertake the formal filing of cost estimates, the collection of historical data and the continuous update of estimating databases, in a controlled manner.
- Coordinate development and issue of project change orders.
- Manage and compile Variation order related costing / T&M Manpower monitoring and compilation followed by billing to clients.
- Collaborate with project managers, Site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that estimates align with project scope and timeline.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input.Be able to work in a fast pace, dynamic work environment with multiple priorities.

**Qualifications/Experience required**:

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position preferably in Shipyard.
