Admin Receptionist

Ensure smooth daily operations of reception counter.
- Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy.
- Receive and greet visitors professionally and in a courteous manner and manage courier services.
- Handle incoming calls in professional manner and direct it to the appropriate person.
- Manage office supplies.
- Maintain and order pantry stocks, e.g drinks and snacks and maintenance of coffee machine.
- Liaise with contractor on general facility management and weekly check on cleaning services e.g cleanliness and provide feedback to cleaning service vendor on any unsatisfied work done.
- Maintain and upkeep of office admin records and filling system.
- Coordinate fire drill exercise and maintain proper records after each exercise.
- Handling deliveries, incoming and outgoing mails.
- Arrange ad hoc, company events and other administrative duties assigned by superior.
- Assist HR operations team in administrative task.
Requirement
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Minimum N / O level
- PC literate in MS Office (Excel/Word)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration.
- Prior experience in reception, customer service or business operators.
- A strong team player.
- Meticulous and pro-active.
- Must be willing to work in Tuas area.
- Able to start work immediate or short notice.
