**Process Expertise**:

- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain operations, utilizing best practices and industry knowledge.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for enhancement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

**System Design and Configuration**:

- Design and configure Oracle EBS manufacturing and supply chain management modules to meet business requirements.

**Business Partnership**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

**Change Management**:

- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on new functionalities and processes.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EBS solutions.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Configure, test, and deploy Oracle solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Enterprise Apps.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 12-15+ years of experience in supply chain management and Oracle EBS functional implementation.
- Proven experience in the high-tech or semiconductor industry with a focus on integration projects will be huge plus.
- Thorough knowledge of EBS integration of Supply Chain, Finance, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Cost Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, ASCP, and WIP, MES integration).

**Certifications**:

- Certification in Oracle EBS would be preferred
