-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Report directly to the Senior Manager. He/She is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource’s development and management. Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
- Develop talent as well as bringing forward a collaborative and engaged workforce
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all statutory employmnet laws and legislations
- Deliver HR services for recruitment, selection, compensation, rewards and employer-employer relationships
- Oversee and manage an effective performance appraisal system
- Possess work passes and submit MOM Labour Survey
- Establish strong work relationships and communication with departments to support and address their needs
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing, CPF and FWL submission, IR21 and annual income tax submission to IRAS
- Assess training needs an monitor training programs
- Prepare HR department budget, monitor and control the department expenses in accordance with approved budget and guidelines
- Review and renew Group Insurances
- Ensure follow-through administratively and support actions, decision and commitments made by the management
- Support and participant in-house events
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Related Degree or Diploma from a recognised institution
- Possess high level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality skills
- Strong facilitation, analytical skills, influencing and communication solving skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent personal presentation with a positive approach
- Meticulous attention to details
- Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Full of drive to further the success of the organisation
- Able to work weekends and public holidays during major events, if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
