Job Duties & responsibilities (List the principal duties. Use concise statements that provide a clear understanding of the level of responsibility, complexity, creativity and analysis performed in this position.)

1. To implement and support DBS Trading platform.

2. Plan, co-ordinate and liaise with users, vendor and the development team to come out with strategic design and mapping of business requirements and solutions to system/technical requirements.

3. Document system process, technical specification and requirements in clear and precise manner.

4. Able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming and consensus building skills.

Required Experience (Indicate nature and extent of work experience including minimum number of years required.)

2. Familiar with Refinitiv Datascope Equities, Refinitiv market data feed and Refinitiv Knowledge Direct API (TRKD)

3. Technical knowledge on vb script is advantageous

4. Skillset on creating UML flow diagram e.g., draw io, MS Visio or similar is required.

5. Extracts and clean data from different sources to generate ad-hoc statistics for internal and external clients

7. Strong vendor management and requirement analyses skill.

8. Basic financial product knowledge in equities trading products.

9. Familiarity with trade processing/settlement experience is advantageous.

10. Agile practice experience is a must.

11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.

12. Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.

14. Good communication, inter-personnel skills is required.

15. Team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills.

16. At least 5 years of working experience in business analyst, preferably in banking environments

17. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
