**Phonics Teacher (Part-Time)**

**Location**: Yishun, Singapore

Ace Guru Learning Centre is a vibrant and nurturing environment dedicated to helping students build strong literacy foundations. We believe in making learning fun and meaningful, especially for young learners developing their reading and spelling skills through phonics.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging and structured **phonics lessons** for preschool and lower primary students.
- Teach letter-sound recognition, blending, segmenting, and reading fluency through interactive activities.
- Create a positive, encouraging classroom environment that builds children’s confidence in reading.
- Track and record students’ progress and communicate feedback to parents when necessary.
- Prepare lesson materials and reinforce concepts through games, songs, and hands-on learning.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **O-Level / Diploma in Education / Early Childhood / English-related field**.
- Preferably with **experience teaching phonics** or working with young children.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Energetic, patient, and passionate about helping children learn.
- Able to manage small groups effectively and maintain student engagement.

**Working Hours**
- **Part-Time Basis**:

- Weekdays (Exact days/timings to be arranged)

**Salary**

**From $20/hour** (depending on experience and qualifications)
