We have an exciting new opportunity for a **Change and Communications Manager** to join a high profile University to design, develop and implement change initiatives in support of a Workday ERP implementation over the next 2-3years.

The ERP Transformation Program provides foundational building blocks to realise sustainable financial and organisational stability.

**What your day will look like**:

- Providing change support for end users across the University with regard to adopting the new ERP system.
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics, including the anticipated resistance to change.
- Support and engage senior leaders, providing coaching on change impacts and supporting initiatives where required.
- Evaluate change readiness and develop mitigations as required
- Engage with stakeholders and providing accurate and timely information in both directions.
- Track stakeholder engagement and review stakeholder analysis to reflect current program perceptions and identify where additional support is required.
- Develop core change activities, including Change Network, Go Live and Hypercare support models, and reporting to the Program Steering Group and other governance groups as required.
- Work with Academic Relationship Managers to develop tailored change plans for Academic Divisions.

**What you'll need for success**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Change Management or related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Change and Communications Manager role.
- Experience in managing end-to-end change initiatives within large organizations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with ERP systems is a **plus.**
