**Job Title**: Investment Analyst - Real Estate Acquisition

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Reports To**: Head of Investments

**Role Purpose**: The Investment Analyst will play a key role in the end to end process of closing major deals for Cove's business expansion in Singapore. Direct exposure to the Founders and top leadership of the business.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Source real estate opportunities, conduct site feasibility studies, market and pricing analysis
- Conduct pro-forma financial projections and analysis for lease, management or acquisition deals
- Structure and prepare proposals for counterparties
- Review and participate in negotiations and legal documentation process
- Assist with project management of signed deals that require renovation works, in partnership with Cove's Interior Design team
- Identify new sub-markets for business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with investment partners, owners, broker and service providers in order to source, analyse, structure and execute transactions
- Develop market intelligence on the residential and hospitality segment in Singapore and maintain internal database
**Experience and Qualifications Required**:

- Tertiary qualified in Real Estate, Business Management, Economics or a related field
- **Relevant work experience in a position with demonstrable levels of highly quantitative analysis (RE developer, consulting, banking, data analyst, etc)**:

- **Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is a must**:

- **2-3 years of working experience in real estate is highly preferable**:

- End to end deal transaction experience from leading due diligence to legal documentation
**Core Skills/Competencies**:

- Good business acumen and knowledge of current business trends
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, detailed oriented, creative problem solver
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks to accomplish them effectively
- Comfortable with making assumptions and figuring things independently
- Extremely proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
