**About the Role**:
As a Client Representative (WSHO & FSM), you will be the key liaison between our company and the client, ensuring all safety, health, and fire safety regulations are effectively implemented at the project site. Your role is to uphold compliance, conduct inspections, and provide expert safety guidance while fostering a strong safety culture.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Act as the Client’s Representative, ensuring all workplace safety and fire safety measures comply with legal and project-specific requirements.
Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Ensure strict enforcement of safety regulations, maintaining compliance with workplace safety and fire safety standards.
Organize and deliver safety training for employees and subcontractors to promote awareness and compliance.
Oversee and maintain HSE controls and documentation, ensuring alignment with ISO and regulatory requirements.
Lead safety meetings, address concerns, and provide expert recommendations for continuous improvement.
Investigate workplace accidents/incidents, compile reports, and implement preventive measures.
**Requirements**:
Registered WSHO & FSM (mandatory)
Certified Confined Space Safety Assessor
Certified Work-at-Height Assessor
Strong understanding of ISO documentation and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented
Willing to work flexible hours when required
Able to start at short notice
Must have own transport for site visits
