- Company transport to & fro from Lakeside MRT Pickup Point
- 5 days work week
- Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 5.30pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate DO & Sales invoices using FACT System (Training will be provided)
- Perform the general administrative duties but not limited to photocopying, faxing, filing, data entries
- Maintain office document and records
- Undertake ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned periodically.
**Requirements**:
- Secondary School Education and above
- Able to work independently and able to mult-task
- Able to read and converse in English & Mandarin
- Fast paced worker with good interpersonal skills and initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
