**The Role**
- Incident Response: Lead and manage cybersecurity incident response efforts to quickly identify, contain, and remediate threats, ensuring mínimal impact on business operations.
- Threat Hunting: Proactively search through networks and datasets to detect and isolate advanced threats that evade existing security solutions.
- Client Security Management: Develop and maintain strong security postures for clients through continuous assessment, policy development, and compliance enforcement.
- Security Engineer: Design, implement, and manage security solutions and architecture to protect the organization's systems and data from cyber threats.
- Tool Deployment: Evaluate, select, and deploy cutting-edge security tools and technologies to enhance the organization's defensive capabilities.
- Security Analysis: Perform regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigative measures.
- Training and Awareness: Conduct security training sessions for staff and clients to foster a culture of security awareness and best practices.
- Cloud Security Implementation: Implementing modern day cloud solutions in line with security best practice.
- Vulnerability Management and Patching: Assist the vulnerability management team to quickly remediate vulnerabilities.
- Forensics: Post incident forensics
- Data analysis: Monitoring and reporting of our clients and working in the SOC team to manage and report on incidents

- 1 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a Financial Services Environment, or, Degree level Qualification or equivalent in relevant field.
- Strong research, writing and communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Desire to travel and see the world.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own projects in a professional manner.
- A passion for innovation and the financial technology sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills and proven ability to manage own workload.
