Singapore LOH & LOH CONSTRUCTION (PRIVATE) LIMITED Full time

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Safety Coordinator to join our company. The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our construction sites comply with safety regulations and standards, while also managing safety risks and hazards. This position requires someone with extensive knowledge of safety practices and regulations, as well as experience in managing safety on construction sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure that all safety procedures and regulations are being followed.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Ensure all workers are trained in safety procedures and are aware of potential hazards on the job site.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify the root cause and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records and reports for all construction sites.
- Keep up to date with changes in safety regulations and standards.
- Provide safety training and support to supervisors and workers.
- Work with project managers to ensure that safety requirements are included in all project planning.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that they comply with safety regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- WAH Course for Assessors (Integrated)
- Advanced Certificate in WSH Course
- Confined Space Safety Assessor Course
- Oil And Petrochemical Supervisor Safety Course
- First Aid Certification
- At least 3 years of experience in safety management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
