As our Social Media Marketing Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, crafting and implementing strategies to elevate our brand and drive engagement across various social media platforms. Your role will be pivotal in showcasing our diverse offerings, from boat sales to engine spare parts, and maximizing our online presence to reach our target audience effectively. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to promote our brand and diverse range of products/services.
- Create captivating and visually appealing content tailored for different social media platforms, highlighting our boat sales, marine engine sales, bareboat pleasure boat rentals, engine spare parts sales, and ecommerce offerings.
- Manage our social media profiles, including content scheduling, community engagement, and trend monitoring to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, rental, spare parts, and ecommerce teams to align social media efforts with business objectives and drive leads and conversions.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns to enhance effectiveness and achieve marketing goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, particularly within the marine industry, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the marine or related industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content and campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
