**1. Creative Direction**
- Ensuring that all visual elements align with the client’s objectives, the salesperson’s brief and Creative Manager’s direction.
- Lead brainstorming sessions with the junior designers to generate innovative product designs, new POSM structures and other creative projects.

**2. Team Leadership (Senior Designer role)**
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, helping them grow their skills, perform more efficiently and understanding of company’s future goals.
- Oversee the work of the 3D designer, ensuring that 3D visuals are practical, produceable and high in quality.
- Allocate tasks based effectively based on the given timeline, requirements and strengths of designers without compromising the quality.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, especially in 3D design and visual storytelling, using this gathered information to propose new methods of workflow and innovation.
- Find new ways to constantly improve the artwork quality and growth of the junior designers and feedback to management bi-weekly.

**3. Project Oversight**
- Review and provide feedback on the junior designer’s creative work and 3D designs, ensuring they meet the creative brief and are aligned with the sales and manager’s briefs. (Senior Designer role)
- Collaborate with other department such as the sales and technical teams to ensure efficient flow of artwork and projects required.
- Ensure that all visual outputs, including 2D and 3D designs, adhere to high-quality standards and are consistent with the brand’s identity.
- Approve final designs before they are submitted to ensure accuracy and quality.

**4. Client Interaction**
- Present creative concepts and design proposals to clients, articulating the vision and rationale behind the design choices.
- Interpret client feedback and translate it into actionable tasks for the design team, maintaining the integrity of the creative vision while addressing client needs.

**5. Any other related duties as assigned
**Job requirements**
- At least 2yrs relevant experience in FMCG or gift industries
- Diploma in related filed or equivalent
- Detailed oriented with a passion for creativity
- Able to articulate ideals clearly to stakeholders
- Well versed in 3D design software or equivalent
