We’re looking for creative, savvy, and lightning-fast Social Media Interns to help tell our story on TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram — where culture meets content, and nostalgia meets next-gen.

**Role Overview**

As a Social Media Intern, you’ll be part content creator, part trendspotter, and part brand storyteller. You’ll play a key role in building our online presence, creating scroll-stopping content, and engaging with a new generation of fans — while keeping the heart of our brand alive.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ideate, plan, and produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram Reels
- Stay on top of platform trends and viral content — and find creative ways to localize them for our brand
- Assist in content planning, calendar management, and campaign brainstorming
- Write fun, snappy, brand-aligned captions in both English and Mandarin (bonus if you know Singlish vibes)
- Support photo/video shoots in-store or on-location for F&B content
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and help grow our follower base organically
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations to align social media with brand goals
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about social media and content creation — you're always on TikTok or Xiaohongshu anyway
- Familiar with current trends, memes, and storytelling styles on each platform
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, InShot, or native tools
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus (especially for Xiaohongshu captions)
- Creative eye for visuals and strong sense of aesthetics
- Bonus: experience with F&B content, lifestyle content, or having a personal content portfolio
- Independent, fast-moving, and full of ideas — you’re not afraid to test and try
- Strong sense of humor, local culture, and a love for old-school bakes and new-school storytelling
