**Installation and Services Technician**
Job brief
We are looking for a thorough Installation and Services Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of F & B equipment. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as installation, servicing, troubleshooting, etc.
The goal is to maintain the installation of the product and after-sales services and lease equipment in the best possible condition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
- Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
- Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
- Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
- Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as **Installation and Services Technician**:

- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
- Electronics Troubleshooting, Analyzing Information, Judgment, Client Relationships, Equipment Maintenance, Reporting Skills, Confidentiality, Quality Focus, Results Driven, Supply Management, Informing Others
- Holding Driving License Class 3 (with actual driving experience)
- Required language(s): Chinese, English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s):

- Electronics Troubleshooting, Analyzing Information, Judgment, Client Relationships, Equipment Maintenance, Reporting Skills, Confidentiality, Quality Focus, Results Driven, Supply Management, Informing Others
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.

**Salary**: $1,200.00 - $2,000.00 per month
