**Tech-Driven Junior Portfolio Manager & Quantitative Strategist**:

**Role Summary**:
**You will work directly with a senior PM and leadership team to co-develop cutting-edge trading infrastructure, automated performance reporting, and robust investment strategies. Japanese language is preferred but not required; what matters most is your ability to learn fast, build fast, and execute relentlessly.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design, implement, and monitor systematic trading strategies (equities, multi-asset)**
- **Collaborate on AI/ML-driven investment model development and deployment**
- **Conduct technical backtesting and performance analysis to optimize strategies**
- **Build and maintain code-based tools for portfolio monitoring, execution, and reporting**
- **Assist with order management system (OMS) unification and broker connectivity (e.g., FIX)**
- **Automate client reports and analytics (PDF, dashboard, templated tools)**
- **Engage in live trading execution and system troubleshooting when needed**
- **Support asset allocation proposals and market research**
- **Liaise with clients, private banks and counterparties
**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years experience in portfolio management, quant strategy, or systematic trading OR a deep technical background with clear investment interest**
- **Intermediate to advanced Python skills (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, backtrader)**
- **Experience building or contributing to live/systematic strategies**
- **Familiarity with risk-adjusted performance metrics (Sharpe, VaR, drawdown)**
- **Proficiency with backtesting frameworks and data pipelines**
- **Strong interest in automation, process engineering, and quantitative finance**
- **Ownership mindset, strong execution drive, and ability to self-manage**
- **Business-level English (spoken & written)
**Nice-to-have**:

- **Japanese language proficiency**
- **Experience with trading protocols (FIX, IBKR API, MT4/5)**
- **Hands-on experience with OMS or broker integration**
- **Portfolio construction experience using optimization models or ML**
- **Exposure to client advisory or UHNW servicing
