We’re looking for a **Childcare Centre Principal** who is passionate about early learning, operations excellence, and inspiring a team.

**Key Skills & Responsibilities**

**Operations & Compliance**
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant centre management
- Maintain licensing and meet all ECDA and regulatory agency requirements
- Monitor health, safety, and hygiene practices
- Prepare reports, documentation, and budgets for internal and external stakeholders

**Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead, inspire, and support a team of educators and support staff
- Promote staff morale, professional development, and performance
- Work closely with management and internal teams to align centre goals

**Communication & Relationship Building**
- Build strong relationships with parents, community partners, and regulatory agencies
- Confident public speaker with excellent interpersonal skills
- Foster open communication between parents, staff, and management

**Curriculum & Pedagogy**
- Review and improve lesson plans, teaching aids, and children’s portfolios
- Ensure curriculum quality and alignment with ECDA guidelines
- Organize school events and enrichment programs to enhance children's development

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership (DPL)
- **Certification**: ECDA-certified L2 teacher (ECC / ICO preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Passionate about early childhood development and team leadership

**Experience**:

- 5+ years teaching experience
- Prior supervisory/managerial role in a childcare centre (including infant care) with be added advantage

Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,800.00 per month
