**Position Summary:
- To research and understand Singapore and China governments’ political, economic development, immigration policies and government grant related matters
- To make periodic reports regarding political activities, market/investmentconditions, economic development, public opinion and other relevant matters.
- To handle and deal Nanshan Singapore related business associations’ matter
- To assists on administrative assignments for client and/of agency
- To create and execute communications plans, content creation and management of online and offline materials
- To update and maintain the relevant social media channels and platform
- To craft and distribute media invites, pitch notes, fact sheets, press releases and handle media enquiries
- To organize and prepare meetings, conferences and events
- To prepare and assist with correspondences/documentation (Letters, memos, notice, announcements, minutes, client and membership information)
- Hospitality and logistics arrangement for important guess reception or incoming delegations
- To provide secretarial support to the top management
- Any ad hoc duty assigned by the management

**Position Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Communications/Marketing/Public Relations/Business or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of professional public relations or other comms related role
- Familiar with the current business environment and culture of both Singapore and China
- Strong attention to details, with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with positive working attitude
- Good knowledge of computer skills in MS office, include word and data processing
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates/ customers
- possess class 3 driving license for necessary events and important guess reception arrangement, personal vehicle is not required
