**What You Will Achieve**:Working with a dynamic team of Temperature Controlled Logistics and Supply Chain Experts, you will play a critical role in planning and managing the efficient flow of products and services through the Pfizer supply chain cycle. You will ensure that the products arrive on time and within acceptable quality parameters meeting the desired marketing and financial objectives. Through your extensive knowledge in temperature controlled supply chain management, you will guide the execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems to meet customer requirements.

As a Manager, you will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for temperature controlled logistics related products, processes or services.

You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams.

**How You Will Achieve It**:

- Developing project management plans to ensure global readiness for new product launch activities and ensuring smooth go live from TCL perspective including operational day to day queries once project is live, including change control, packing system setups and operational readiness in general such as ensuring packing materials & trainings are in place as required.
- Partners with sites, markets, Logistics Delivery Operations, Logistics Platform Services, Customer service and logistics providers, to ensure that temperature sensitive products are shipped and handled in a compliant and efficient matter according to all regulations and Pfizer quality standards.
- Role has direct responsibility for Control Tower operational support of in transit incidents, and intervention. This includes nonstandard business hour support (e.g. weekends) as required.
- Continuous Process Improvements for project management, packing system (example PLS), change control, Control Tower logics & rules and rotations
- Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives, and plan resource requirements for projects across the division.
- Develop and analyse metrics to monitor operational performance against stated goals for temperature controlled logistics responsibilities.
- Contribute and lead global, cross-functional continuous improvement strategies to improve productivity and exceed customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the deployment of controlled temperature shipping technologies to support business and operational unit requirements.
- Analyse and compare information from multiple sources and identify cause and effect relationships supporting Corrective Action / Preventative Action investigations.
- Lead meetings with forwarders and quality to resolve logistics incidents, ad-hoc queries, and it is the link between external logistics operations and internal Pfizer operations.
- Design, develop and deliver training programs and/or documentation.

**Qualifications**:
**Must-Have**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Min 4+ years of experience and knowledge of the global supply chain preferably in Pharmaceutical environment
- In depth understanding of the regulatory guidelines impacting the requirements for qualifying and utilizing temperature control shipping systems
- Experience and understanding of system validation / software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to drive results with stakeholders of varying levels
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Master's degree
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience
- Advanced training in project management, supply chain management, scientific or clinical disciplines, business administration and/or people development
