**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for receiving, organizing and reviewing tender specifications and most importantly to fully understand project preambles and method of measurement for purpose of preparing accurate costing for tender in line with Project Requirements
- Responsible for preparing tender qualifications and exceptions based on basis of costing and highlighting any deviation from the project specifications
- Responsible for ensuring an efficient filing system for clarifications and submissions is maintained, as well as the safe custody of cost estimations for all tenders
- Responsible for coordinating and requesting quotations from Procurement & Subcontracting Department, suppliers and contractors for costing estimation and updating of cost database
- Responsible for preparing cost estimations in a timely fashion for submission to senior management for review of cost and formulation of pricing strategy
- Responsible for conducting tender costing review for senior management and tender committee approval
- Responsible for the updating of commercial data, commodity market indices, market cost data, unit rates and technical information on materials, services and labour, in order for Executive Management to make informed decisions
- Responsible for preparing project budget for commercial handover to production department upon project award
- Responsible to carry out costing analysis based on data collected from completed projects and to conduct lesson learnt on tenders which were not successful

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma in Engineering
- 3 to 5 years working experience in Marine/Offshore Contruction yard or shipyards
- Preferable with commercial or estimating background
- With postive attitude and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline for tender submission
- Good microsoft excel skills is essential

Since its inception in 1990, Dyna-Mac Engineering Services Pte Ltd has executed a wide range of major projects involving Marine FPSO Topside Modules Construction related to Oil and Gas Industry, Sub-Sea Products, Semi-Submersibles, Repair of Oil Rigs, Pharmaceutical Process Packages and Power Generation Facilities.

Dyna-Mac’s key focus is to provide our clients with full and complete turnkey project management. This includes the full spectrum of our services; ranging from engineering, project management through the pre-construction planning, critical path development, construction / fabrication / site management, commissioning to the eventual hand over of the project.

In 2002, Dyna-Mac relocated its operations to its current premises. We are continually upgrading our facilities and improving our processes so as to provide our clients with state-of-the-art facilities and technology for their projects. Our newly improved waterfront fabrication yards cover a total area of 140,300 square metre (approximately 1,510,176 square feet).

Dyna-Mac also has several large sized workshops, equipped with cranes and facilities to accommodate construction work in all weather conditions. Additionally, Dyna-Mac has constructed 2 units of mobile workshops that can accommodate modules of up to 23 metres in height. We have 3 panel line workshops which enable us to fabricate sub-blocks in a more efficient fashion.

Currently, Dyna-Mac has the capacity to handle both inland and offshore projects of up to 25,000 tons annually, ranging from Topside Modules, Pipe Spools, Semi-Submersibles and Sub-Sea Products.
