**Job Objective**
Seeking a Project Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of business solutions and new system capabilities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Planning & Coordination**: Develop and manage technical deliverables, including system enhancements and upgrades, to meet project requirements on schedule and within quality standards.
- **Risk & Issue Management**: Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues related to technical delivery.
- **Status Reporting**: Provide regular updates on the progress of technical delivery.
- **Requirements Gathering**: Collaborate with System Analysts and Business Solution Specialists to gather, analyze, and finalize functional and technical requirements.
- **Solution Design**: Partner with Architects and Development Leads to ensure solutions align with enterprise design principles, security standards, and control frameworks.
- **Program Reporting**: Report to Program and/or Project Managers on strategic program progress.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain documentation in compliance with organizational templates, policies, and standards.
- **Issue Escalation**: Promptly escalate issues that may impact project timelines and propose viable workarounds or resolutions.

**Key Requirements**
**Technical Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering global/regional IT solutions for multinational/regional organizations.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing IT delivery teams.
- Strong communication skills with technical stakeholders; ability to engage effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Banking industry experience, with knowledge of **Banking Domain, Java Springboot, and Microservices being advantageous.**:

- Result-oriented with a strong focus on delivery.
- Hands-on experience in systems development, including coding, functional and technical specifications, and testing (minimum 8 years in aggregate).
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and solutioning skills.
