The Lead Full Stack Developer will play a critical role in guiding the development of an ERP system specifically designed to enhance operational efficiencies within the automotive sector. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, requiring close collaboration with operational teams and occasional travel to align system integration across various locations.

**Core Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership:

- Lead a development team, setting goals and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
- Promote continuous learning, ensuring the team meets strategic and operational goals
- Encourage innovative solutions to industry-specific challenges

Technical Leadership:

- Design and develop scalable, customisable ERP solutions, focusing on automotive industry needs
- Ensure high standards of code quality through best practices in coding and technical documentation
- Stay updated with emerging trends and integrate new technologies to enhance system capabilities

ERP Development:

- Develop and scale the in-house ERP system, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with business operations
- Work closely with operational staff to adapt the ERP to current workflows, enhancing overall efficiency
- Oversee system performance, ensuring robustness and security

Quality Assurance:

- Implement and oversee testing and automated processes to ensure system reliability
- Conducted code reviews, troubleshot issues, and fostered continuous integration and deployment
- Collaborate with design and product teams to refine Web UI and ensure coherent implementation and deployment strategies

Communication and Collaboration:

- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity on project status and developments
- Engage with cross-functional teams to align the ERP system with broader business objectives
- Provide technical support and guidance during testing, quality assurance, and deployment phases

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Diploma holders with relevant experience are also welcomed
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in full-stack development technologies, including but not limited to:

- Frontend: JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js
- Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails, Dot Net
- Databases: SQL, NoSQL
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming, API development, OAuth, and version control tools like Git/SVN
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Willingness to travel and engage directly with operational teams
