A global role that will be assisting Group CEO and CFO to drive performance Management Reporting, Corporate Governance, Audit and Treasury
- Responsible for overall consolidation of Group financial performance for timely management reporting
- Develop and provide meaningful reports, statistical analysis, and presentations for Senior Management decision making, on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Pro-actively support strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on business performance, thereby supporting the management team in making fact-based, financially sound decisions.
- Assist in ironing out all legacy issues that may exists within the financial framework
- Provide coaching and guidance to finance team for growth and development
- Overall responsible for the Group monthly forecasting and yearly budget process, working closely with Finance functions in each market, business partners, understanding assumptions, identify profit improvement initiatives and expense-cutting initiatives, risks and opportunities, and ensuring a smooth process
- Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing all internal controls, policies and procedures to drive compliance across the company, as well as consistency across the group

Corporate Governance and Treasury
- Responsible for overall reporting on consolidated group cash position, banking facilities and cashflow forecast
- Oversee all corporate secretarial matters to ensure completeness and compliance with legal, corporate governance and regulatory requirements, both locally and internationally
- Overall responsible for the core financial systems, reviewing current systems, develop project plans on system upgrades to drive seamless integration across all systems
- Drive digitalization and automation of various finance processes, encouraging greater use of systems

**Requirements**:
8 years experience with minimum 3 years in FP&A
