**Job Summary**

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**

Performs all project leadership and program leadership assignments without close supervision. Works independently on all phases of projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and close. Provides project leadership, guidance and assistance to cross-functional project team members, including business users and vendors. Provides stakeholder management and effectively communicates project status to team members and project stakeholders, including, senior management and executive level leaders. Facilitates effective meetings including project planning, project update, gate review, stakeholder update and lessons learned. Ensures projects are integrated with other business activities, improvement projects and business strategy.

**Job Requirements - Skills, Abilities And Knowledge**

**Education/Experience**
- A 4-year college or university degree and a minimum of 5 years exempt experience, which includes 3 years’ experience in management or project management is recommended.
- Equivalent job experience may be substituted for education.
- Prior project management experience

**Additional Information**

The primary location for this position is Singapore

This position may require 25% travel
