These include much-loved heritage brand OldTown, mixes pioneer SUPER, Maxwell House, Owl and Ye Ye, as well as specialty brands Hummingbird in New Zealand, and Campos in Australia.
Across APAC, we operate commercial offices in Australia, Greater China, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand. Our regional hub for manufacturing, supply and R&D is located in Johor, Malaysia, which also roasts all coffee for Asia markets. Our manufacturing footprint also covers Ipoh, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, China, Australia, and New Zealand.
Situated in Singapore, the Singapore ADM cluster serves as a strategic base for expanding JDE Peet’s presence in the Asia region, including in Indonesia and the Philippines, as well as international export markets. Singapore also serves as the APAC Corporate headquarters, and is the hub for regional corporate functions such as Finance, Internal Controls, Marketing, Human Resources and Corporate Affairs.

- Monitor market trends, consumer behaviors and competitive activities
- Leverages relevant consumer/customer trends and insights to build a plan and deliver against business objectives
- Leads the development and implementation of annual brand plan with clear outlines of goals, objectives, tactics, metrics of the brand under the guidance of the Head of Marketing. The brand strategy should align with the overall organization’s vision, mission, values and support overall business strategy and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate performance and effectiveness of the brand strategy and plan and make adjustments as needed.
- Monitor and report marketing campaign performance with clear assessment on KPIs and ROIs
- Translates brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies, ensuring consistency across the different deployment touchpoints
- Manages local product adaptation, in compliance with global/ regional guidelines
- Manages external communication activities (including social media) and maintains relationship with local media all in line with the global communication and media strategy guidelines.
- Manages brand advertising and promotion budget and ensures on-target budget delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Proven working experience as Assistant Brand Manager, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
