Prospect and promote jewellery products and services to walk-in as well as our online platforms’ customers.
- Attend to customers’ queries in-store and online stores.
- Ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
- Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Inventory management - support merchandise transfer, stock take, inventory counts
- Work in a team to develop marketing strategies to bring more revenue to the store and also the digital sales.
- Conceptualize and set the best campaign merchandise plan for online campaigns.
- Work together with operations to ensure smooth fulfilment process.
- Actively manage online shop enquiries and maintain the highest customer satisfaction.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum GCE “N” level.
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken English and another language to speak to clients from multilingual environment (preferably Malay/Indonesian)
- Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets.
- Strong focus on self-improvement and performance
- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage.
- Commercial awareness and sales drive - to sell more products through our multiple online platforms.
- Preferably previous e-commerce experience, although not required. A strong learning attitude and a self-motivated drive to excel is important.
- General interest in working in different platforms, and a good knowledge of excel.
