**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Building Services Consultancy & Project Site Management (Design & Build)
- Assist in construction project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation
- Assist in preparing and submitting Building Plans and Building Plan clearances to Authorities (e.g. BCA, PUB, SCDF etc).
- Helping to formulate and provide Architectural details & specifications
- Assist in tender process
- Contract and construction management
- TOP & CSC procedures including completion/ handover of project if required

**Qualification, Skills and Experience**
- Background in Architecture or equivalent
- Possess positive learning attitude and good interpersonal skills to coordinate and collaborate on work processes on a multi-disciplinary basis.
- Familiar with relevant softwares such as BIM (Revit), SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, AutoCAD and PhotoShop

**Work Timings**:
**When working in office: Monday - Friday | 8.30am - 6.00pm**

**When working on projects: Monday - Saturday | Monday-Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm, Saturday: 8.00am -12.00pm
