Downtown Core, Singapore X-Rite Pantone Full time

Coordinating and managing financial consolidation for the subsidiaries in the P&C APAC (excluding China) including X-Rite, Esko & Pantone.
- Maintain full sets of accounting and related financial accounting duties for Singapore & Australia entities.
- Collaborate with HR partners on payroll related matters of the subsidiaries for P&C APAC (excluding China)
- Review of local T&E addendum & policies from time to time for P&C APAC (excluding China)
- Assist with corporate governance and any other tasks that maybe assigned by the management.
- Manage relationship with External & Internal Auditors, Bankers, and Tax Authorities and responsible for statutory financial audits for P&C APAC (excluding China)
- Lead annual audit process and liaise with external & Internal auditors for any queries across P&C APAC (excluding China)
- Lead on company secretaries with the local subsidiaries from time to time
- Supporting on Microsoft Dynamics AX & Mapics for monthly closing and making journal entries
- Analzing margin and variance differences for group reporting
- Collaborate with commercial FC on monthly revenue cut-off for P&C APAC (excluding China).
- Drive system integration and experience in introducing automatic payment functions and expense claim automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and lead Oracle system implementation.
- With team leader experience, you will be able to lead a team of four people in performing all aspects of finance.
- Assisting with commercial compliances from times to times
- Conduct Bi-weekly Credit Review Meeting with the credit controller team for P&C APAC (excluding China).
- Perform other duties as required.
