My client is a MAS regulated Fintech company with a strong presence in the region. They are looking for a Technology Audit Assisant Manager to join their team, reporting into the Technology Audit Lead.

**Your new role**
- Perform annual risk assessment to support the development of the risk-based annual internal audit plan and define audit scope for technology risk areas
- Support the IA in identifying requirements to ensure highly specialised technical knowledge and experience are applied appropriately to technology audit reviews in the design and execution of audit planning, fieldwork, reporting and ongoing issues tracking
- Ensure that technology audits are completed in an effective, efficient and timely manner in accordance with established standards, industry best practices and relevant regulatory requirements
- Ensure that internal audit team members have a full and complete understanding of the nature and scope of the technology risks involved in the business by providing the necessary guidance, support and manage their performance throughout each audit

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 7 years of relevant audit experience from financial institutions (or fintech) with strong core technology audit skills and knowledge required
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related studies
- Good experience in leading technology risk-based internal audits (IT Application Controls and IT General Controls), interacting with key stakeholders and managing complex negotiation situations
- In-depth knowledge of MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines and other related local regulatory requirements with relevant demonstrated experience
