As a Fashion Retail Management Trainee, you will be embarking on a journey to hone your management and leadership skills in the world of high quality jewelry.

There will be a 3-month probation during which you will be assessed based on key performance indicators (KPI).

After probation, you will continue to enhance your career in high quality fashion retail business.

The Expectations
- Handle store operations
- Undertake leadership roles in selected sections
- Provide fashion and styling advice suited to customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory
- Meeting sales targets
- Handle ad hoc projects and administrative duties related to store and office operations
- Participate in branding and marketing projects
- Participate in social media and ecommerce projects

The Requirements
- Possess a minimum of degree in local universities, preferably in Retail/ Fashion Management, Business or relevant disciplines
- Good leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
- Well-groomed and neat-looking
- Able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Able to work retail hours, on weekends and public holidays
- Immediate availability and relevant work experience will be an advantage
- Fresh graduate are welcome
