Assist with the E-Commerce marketplace's daily management
- Manage backend e-commerce operations for all online platforms.
- Responsible in managing the online e-commerce platforms and develop structure for the backend - supporting functions
- Assist with data analysis and market research
- Assist to manage and execute different types of digital programs/campaigns
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and communications
- Plan and prepare promotions and campaigns on platforms in advance
- Support internal sales and event activities
- Creating and copywriting advertising assets in the form of copy, video and images
- Upload product images and relevant content onto e-commerce company website
- Responsible for overall ad performance
- Ensuring we have the right images for all the SKUs and creating optimized product descriptions, review the product images quality and pricing.
- Conduct performance analysis and prepare service analytics reports for daily tracking, weekly / monthly management reporting
- Maintaining strong data flow of campaign results through accurate and timely reporting of statistics daily

**Key Requirements**:

- Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital and social media marketing.
- Experience in media content and writing skills.
- Broad experience with SEO and SEM.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools.
- Proven track record of executed digital marketing campaigns.
- Content and creative writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- The ideal person has a passion in e-commerce and digital marketing, comes with a curious mindset, is digitally savvy and a problem solver.
- Effectively bilingual in English and the Chinese Language (in order to maintain and develop relationships with English and Chinese speaking key customers.)
- Singaporean are welcome

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
