The successful incumbent will be responsible for Strategic Planning, Enterprise Information Technology, Cybersecurity & Data integrity, Vendor & Stakeholder Management, assisting the Senior IT Manager in setting up the Budget & Resource Allocation for Software Application Development & assisting the Senior IT Manger in managing the Regulatory Compliance. **Responsibilities** Drive digitization efforts by identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. Serve as data champion and provide guidance on teams on best practices for data management and analysis. Collect, process, analyze large datasets to extract insights and identify needs. Develop and maintain reports/dashboards. Other duties as assigned. Participate in other projects, programs or activities, as assigned Provide support, direction and/or management for IT Field Support Team Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the superior. **Requirements**: - Degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent - Familiar with UI / UX concepts and design - Willing to take on new challenges - Familiar with ASP,.NET, C#, JAVASCRIPTS, SQL/Databases. - Excellent written and good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels **. Minimum 10 years’ experience** **. Prior experience in oil & gas industry is highly advantageous** - Excellent written and good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork - Team leading experience. - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data - Experience in strengthening internal control and process improvement - Meticulous, positive mindset and possess "Can-do" attitude. - Hardworking, meticulous and able to take on ad-hoc tasks from time to time. - Culturally adaptable - **NO QUOTAS FOR THE FOREIGNERS PLEASE.
