IT Business Engineer Lead - Core Banking (Temenos Transact)

Location: Singapore

Experience: 12-15 years

Employment Type: Full-time

General Description

Key Features of the Position
- Strong skills in **analytical thinking**, **problem-solving**, **project management**, and **collaboration**:

- Act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions
- Document requirements, functional specifications, data mapping, migration plans, reports, and user guides
- Propose scalable, low-risk solutions
- Lead requirement analysis, system enhancement, and solution design
- Liaise with business users, internal teams, and vendors for project delivery
- Ensure alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements
- Maintain detailed change logs and provide project status updates
- Support end-to-end implementation of system changes
- Work in **Agile environments** (Scrum/Kanban)
- Manage stakeholder expectations and impact analysis

- Derivatives: Options, Structured Products
- Securities: Equities, Fixed Income, Funds
- Exposure to Temenos modules**:AA, MD, SC, DX, SY**:

- Experience with **Product Lifecycle Workflows (PLWs)**:

- Familiarity with **SDLC** and Agile methodologies
