**Responsibilities**:

- Develop contents with author to ensure optimal quality and accuracy of publications.
- Content edit manuscripts and ensure syllabus points are covered.
- Copy edit manuscripts and proofs to ensure that content is suitable for end-users and that content flow is presented in correct sequence.
- Coordinate all aspects of book production from manuscripts to printed books, which includes liasing with authors, designers, illustrators and/or freelancers.
- Ensure timely delivery of contents by monitoring schedules and ensure that timelines are met.
- Prepare artwork briefs, photo-sourcing and obtain permission for use of copyrights materials.
- Proofread and check content at all stages.
- Plan and update production schedules based on given/estimated milestones.
- Ensure planned expenses (photographs & artworks) fall within set budget.

Pre-requisites:

- Excellent command of language(s).
- Excellent people skills and with an ability to manage strong personalities.
- Able to meet tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
