We’re looking for a **UX Writer (Content Designer) **to join our UX & Design team. This will be a contract assignment for **12 months **with the potential to convert to full-time, based in Singapore and reports to the Director of UX & Design.

**What success looks like for this role**:

- After 3 months you have onboarded successfully onto your projects and have started delivering UX results
- After 9-12 months you have helped improve our processes, own our copy repository and localisation efforts and contributed towards business results
- After 1.5-2 years you are owning the UX writing space and are contributing to it operationally, tactically and strategically, as well as advocating for the discipline throughout the organisation

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Collaborating closely with Designers, Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, other copywriters, and external partners to deliver the best possible experience, while retaining our brand voice.
- Leading content audits to identify opportunities and drive consistency across the product, contribute to our content standards and be a champion for best practices
- Coordinating the review, feedback and revision loops with various stakeholders and legal.
- Coordinating with localisation specialists to ensure the content is suitable for various markets and is localisation-friendly

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Content Design / UX writing
- Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Design thinking, design principles and storytelling skills
- Creative. See things differently and come up with solutions that solve problems
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Experience working in start-up and/or media company environments
- Experience working in an international company and/or love of global entertainment or cultures
- Professional proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese for writing for our global audience is a plus
- Knowledge of Figma is a plus
