They are currently seeking for an Assistant Building Manager to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Building components serviced regularly by term contractors as per schedule and scope of work
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their feedback
- Oversee various responsibilities, including carpark systems, building defects and repairs, and fire and safety matters
- Coordinate with the M&E team for testing or inspections during unit fit-out and reinstatement work
- Engage with the public, tenants, and relevant authorities to implement necessary improvement works
- Control and manage the use of common amenities and facilities within the building
- Follow up with appropriate recommendations or courses of action for walk-in or telephone inquiries, feedback, or complaints
- Perform regular on-site checks for compliance with regulations and to prevent illegal activities
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure a satisfactory and serviceable condition
- Address necessary rectifications and provide recommendations to the management
- Assist in contract administration and procurement of goods and services, maintaining proper records and files

**The Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Building or Real Estate Management
- With a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- Exhibits leadership capabilities in guiding a team, showcase strong analytical skills, and demonstrate the ability to work independently while adhering to tight deadlines
